Arley Wholesale, Inc., a family-owned, third generation wholesale supplier of ceramic, porcelain, stone, glass mosaic tiles and installation material, has announced that due to consistent growth in virtually every phase of its business, strategic promotions of top-level company officials have taken place.

“We have established a number of goals to better serve our 26-state clientele moving forward. A major one is to look at every aspect of our business and ask the question, “How does this help our customer?” If we find out that something needs to change, we will change it so that our customers have a better experience," commented the new Arley president, Scott Levy. "The business is doing well, but working together, we can make it even better. We are thrilled that our highly respected leaders will stay on and provide their wisdom and continue to be active with us, passing the baton on to the next generation of Arley’s top management team.”

Scott Levy has been appointed president of Arley Wholesale and has been an Arley team member since 1993, most recently holding the position of executive vice president of operations.

Saul Levy, son of the founder, has been president of Arley for more than three decades and has passed the presidential baton to his son, Scott. Saul will retain his position as treasurer of Arley and will continue to be active on a daily basis, lending his wisdom and experience to the team.

Bruce Gevanthor, who has been with the firm for more than two decades, takes his previous position of executive vice president of marketing to the next level. Bruce will now be executive vice president of Arley, and will be responsible for the overall marketing, purchasing and inventory of the tile and stone division. He is also a grandson of founder Irving Levy.

Norman Gevanthor, executive vice president of the firm will retain his position as the firm’s secretary. Norman will also continue to manage the company’s highly successful commercial division.

Arlene Levy Gevanthor, daughter of the founder and original leader of the tile and stone division, will be taking on the title of executive. Arlene will continue to provide her leadership and guidance to the team.

Scott Levy stated, “Here at Arley, we are able maintain being a true family business in every sense. And our employees, whether their ties to us are family or business-based, are always treated like true family members. Perhaps that’s why they all have an ironclad commitment not only to our customers and to our company, but also to each other… and, to the tile industry, as well. All of us at Arley are thrilled about the future of our organization. And, I really believe if my grandfather were still around, he’d be more excited than ever about our business!”
