FCICA to Host New Developments in Concrete Slab Moisture Mitigation Webinar

The Flooring Contractors Association (FCICA) will host a Webinar, New Developments in Concrete Slab Moisture Mitigation, on Thursday, April 21 at 11 a.m. EST.

Hosted by Jennifer Chambers, national accounts manager, VersaShield at Halex Corp., the Webinar will present new information about moisture in concrete slabs and its effects on flooring. The webinar will include a discussion of the increased need for moisture mitigation over the last decade, new methods of addressing these conditions and the appropriate planning needed. Attendees will learn how to identify the effects that moisture issues have on the public and the best testing practices for evaluating moisture in concrete. They will be able to compare the key decision criteria for moisture mitigation alternatives by evaluating quantifiable data, and explore planning and budgeting information for moisture mitigation during preplanning.
