The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) is seeking proposals to speak at the 2017 NAHB International Builders' Show (IBS), which will be held Jan. 10 through 12 in Orlando, Fla.

Each year, NAHB selects nearly 300 speakers to present education sessions at IBS on an array of industry topics ranging from sales and marketing to design to remodeling. NAHB is looking for education session ideas that are original and full of innovative, cutting-edge content geared primarily to an audience with more than 10 years in the building industry.

"The International Builders' Show is considered the event of the year for our industry, and the education sessions offered are certainly among the biggest draws," said Ed Brady, NAHB's chairman. "The speakers we get are top notch experts in their fields, and with nearly 60,000 attendees at the last show, it is also a great opportunity for speakers to get exposure in front of a highly engaged audience."

NAHB members and non-members who are affiliated with the residential building industry are eligible to submit education session proposals. All proposals must be submitted online and are due on Friday, April 15.
