Effective Friday, April 15, T&L Distributing will distribute IVC US' Flexitec fiberglass sheet vinyl, Balterio laminate and Moduelo luxury vinyl tiles and plants in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Western Tennessee.
