United Flooring Group's Charlotte, N.C., showroom has joined the Armstrong Flooring Elite Dealer program.

United also needed a partner like Armstrong, who could improve the client relations experience. Elite Retailers are required to go through extensive training allowing them to specialize in Armstrong Flooring product knowledge and installation expertise. An additional benefit of the program for the retailer is that the store is co-branded on Armstrong's website, which also helps to provide qualified leads direct to the retailer.
