The event is open to everyone involved in the flooring industry and will feature networking and education, including opportunities to earn continuing education credits. 

The two organizations have come together to combine their separate fall conventions into a singular event in September 2023. 

FCICA, the Flooring Contractors Association, is excited to share it held a successful 2022 Mid-Year Meeting, October 10 - 12 at the Lago Mar Beach Resort & Club in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where members addressed current industry challenges, opportunities and how to plan for the future.

The Certified Installation Manager (CIM) Program sets the industry standard for those involved in the management of commercial flooring projects. 

The event marks the first in-person meeting of commercial flooring professionals who were happy to reunite in-person after a long absence.

Convention attendees will have the opportunity to attend four engaging educational sessions, the trade show, live product demonstrations, contribute to committee meetings and network and socialize with fellow industry professionals.

As the opening keynote speaker at this week’s Flooring Contractors Association (FCICA) spring virtual meeting, Scott Humphrey spoke to the importance of being a good leader.

Attendees will learn about the core missions of FCICA and INSTALL, and how contractors can utilize each organization to advance training, certification and business development.
