The new factory will increase production and availability of Woodura and allow Välinge to help partners and licensees to develop their own Woodura-based products.
The new facility is a 33,000-square-foot building housing approximately 60 employees from the company’s new product development, innovation, and engineering teams.
The acquisition will contribute to Sika’s increased presence among floor covering installers and distributors, while accelerating Sika’s expansion in the interior finishing market in the USA.
