Women in the Floorcovering Industry (WIFI) is wrapping up 2025 with three programs designed to inspire, connect, and empower.

Women In the Floorcovering Industry (WIFI) is hosting three major upcoming events: two free virtual Power Hours on July 25 and August 18, and an in-person Low Country Boil fundraiser on September 3. 

Women In the Floorcovering Industry (WIFI) hosts its July Power Hour titled "Talent & Teamwork," which will explore the unique value women bring to the flooring industry. WIFI kicks off September with a fundraiser event hosted by its donor society Friends of WIFI.

The scholarships support recipients pursuing college degrees, trade school programs, technical education, and career development certifications. Awards ranged from $299 to $4,500, with recipients spanning roles from project managers and design technicians to students and company executives across multiple states.

Z Collection, a Portland, Oregon-based tile distributor, is spotlighting female talent with ZBIZ 2025, a trade event on June 12 featuring six expert women installers and mosaic artists competing in a live mural creation showdown.

WIFI launches Spring 2025 Scholarship Program supporting women's education in flooring, with applications due April 30. The organization also announces three professional development events in April—networking at Starnet, LinkedIn optimization training, and a goal-setting workshop at Coverings—all designed to empower women in the industry.
