Citing the need to find a balance between the demands of her career and her family, Patricia Flavin, a major contributor to the Beaulieu of America and Bliss brand as svp marketing, is leaving Beaulieu and taking a leave of absence from her career. Ralph Boe, president and ceo of Beaulieu of America, made the announcement to company associates this week.

“Patricia has made a lasting impact on Beaulieu with her emphasis on the female consumer and redirecting our approach to addressing the consumer’s lifestyle needs,” Boe said. “She was instrumental in developing our new website (which has recently won two web industry awards), launching an innovative and effective ad campaign for our dealers and providing support for our sales force. She leaves a very able marketing department going forward.”

“It’s sad to leave at this time, but I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every challenge and opportunity along the way,” Flavin noted. “I’ve developed many friendships at Beaulieu and in the industry that I hope to continue in the future.”

“We certainly hope this next phase of Patricia’s life is rewarding for her and gives her more time to share with her family. She will definitely be missed,” Boe added.
