Established in 1999, All Commercial Floors (ACF) has performed large-scale projects from Alaska and California to Maine to the British Virgina Islands. ACF has successfully installed flooring from a single transition strip to projects in excess of $6 million. Business has always been more than bricks and mortar. We know that our success depends solely on customer satisfaction. In order to achieve that goal, our philosophy is simple: recruit, communicate, and train better than any company in the industry. Because of this philosophy, our people are among the highest skilled, best trained and most committed to customer service in the commercial flooring industry. ACF’s considerable financial strength and bonding capability allows our clients peace of mind on every ACF project.

This year, ACF is celebrating 21 years in business, and with more than $60 million in annual sales nationwide, we have become one of the largest flooring solutions providers in the industry. We provide turnkey commercial and medical flooring solutions, including project design, estimating and project management, materials sourcing and installation services.

ACF is a recognized leader in healthcare, having significant long-term relationships with many large healthcare systems, including HCA, HealthSouth, Baylor Healthcare, Regional Healthcare, Tenet Healthcare, CHS, the largest provider of acute care in the U.S., as well as with the general contractors serving this customer base, including Layton Construction, Skanska, JE Dunn Construction, Brasfield and Gorrie, Whiting-Turner, and DPR Construction.

Complementing this solid healthcare customer base, ACF serves many other major commercial market segments, with clients including the Dallas Cowboys AT&T Stadium, Omni Hotels, University of Alabama, Brinker International and La Quinta Hotels, with job sizes ranging from 1,000 sq. ft. to more than 1 million sq. ft. installed.

A key component to ACF’s success is our early focus on a particular area of concern for most building contractors, especially in the healthcare segment—moisture mitigation. Early on, ACF focused on specialized concrete moisture mitigation systems. Today, ACF is a leader in moisture solutions with teams traveling the country using ACF’s shot blasting systems and custom vapor barrier solutions.

We also invest in talent and innovation. We have more than 20 estimators in our pricing department, and we also created our own proprietary project management software which keeps our projects on track with precision. Wade Pasch, who ran Tarkett’s Source One for 11 years, recently joined our team as executive vice president of operations.

In addition to our Grand Prairie, Texas, headquarters, we have offices in Nashville, Tenn.; Tulsa, Okla.; Oklahoma City; Denver; Southern California; Houston; and San Antonio, Texas. Our Birmingham, Ala., location will be fully operational by September 2019, and we will have a south Florida location by 2020, as well as an Atlanta office by 2021. We’re on target to reach $150 million in annual sales in the next five years.

And finally, we are already seeing great results as new members of Fuse Alliance. Since joining in February, ACF’s regional vice president and general manager, Ken Chmura, reports that the working relationships and partners with Fuse members has been a great resource, especially for our new Orange County, Southern California branch.
