FCICA, the Flooring Contractors Association, promoted of Kimberly Jung and Shalynn Rangel. 

Kimberly Jung will be the interim Director of Programs while a search for a new Director of Programs takes place. Jung has been with FCICA since February 2018 and served first as an administrative assistant and then as the Program Coordinator.  She has worked on all FCICA programs including the Certified Installation Management program (CIM), 3 Days to CIM events, education and product webinars. She also provides the graphics and brand management for FCICA, which will continue to do so.

Shaylynn Rangel was promoted to Administrative Coordinator. Rangel has been with FCICA since November 2019 as the Administrative Assistant where she was responsible for answering phones, calendar management and emails.  As she has mastered these functions, she will now take on additional tasks such as speaker communication and management, The Flooring Contractor coordination, author coordination with the various magazines FCICA writes for, webinar preparations, etc. Rangel will remain as the first contact within the FCICA office.
