Given the overwhelming interest by all segments of the Mexican tile industry to reconnect in person, and with the reopening of numerous other international tradeshows in Mexico, Obra Blanca Expo’s organizing committee determined to move forward with this year’s event.

Building off Obra Blanca Expo’s hugely successful launch in 2019, show organizers are putting together another exciting and dynamic event to provide attendees and exhibitors with a unique opportunity to do business, network, and learn from each other.

“The importance of Obra Blanca Expo to the Mexican tile industry cannot be overstated, and we are committed to providing a safe and successful in-person event to bring together manufacturers, distributors, installers, and the A&D community,” remarked TCNA Mexico Director, Fernando Lozano.

The safety of attendees and exhibitors is a fundamental priority, and Obra Blanca Expo will meet and exceed all local, state, and federal health and sanitary protocols.

More than 70% of available exhibition space has been reserved to-date, a figure that confirms the value of this event and everyone’s desire to reconnect in-person, which is essential for the presentation of new products, building relationships, and growing the construction finishing industry.

OB Expo was produced by the Tile Council of North America (TCNA), a co-owner of Coverings: The Global Tile and Stone Experience. TCNA is a trade association representing manufacturers of ceramic tile, tile installation materials, tile equipment, raw materials and other tile-related products.

The Tile Council is recognized for its leadership role in facilitating the development of North American and international industry quality standards to benefit tile consumers. Additionally, TCNA regularly conducts independent research and product testing, works with regulatory, trade, and other government agencies, and publishes installation guidelines, tile standards, economic reports, and promotional literature.
