Social Shout Out: Help Us Publish More Good News About Flooring

With so much uncertainty still happening in the world around us, the Floor Trends team wants to do more to put out good news about the flooring industry.

Do you know someone who is having a nice day? Or someone who has gone over and above helping others? Give them a social shout out. We want to encourage the flooring industry to discuss the great things that others are doing, provide a platform for people who are doing good in their community.

DeGraaf Interiors in Michigan gave away free carpet remnants to teachers for their classrooms this August.

MDG Flooring America Ohio was forced to shut their doors to the public during heightened times of the pandemic. They noticed local restaurants were also struggling. Store owner Steven Walbolt saw it as an opportunity to not only feed his staff still showing up to the empty showroom but to support his hurting community.
