I4F, a group of companies providing patents and technologies to the flooring industry, announced that it has strengthened further its organization in Asia with the appointment of new strategic roles in China and Vietnam. Nguyen Kieu Nhu assumes the role of country manager of Vietnam, based out of Hanoi. Working from i4F’s Shanghai office, Tony Dong is appointed as i4F’s new commercial director for China. Both roles report to David Song, Chief Commercial Officer, Asia.

With 15 years of international experience, Nguyen Kieu Nhu joins i4F from the Salvex Group where she was country manager. In this role, she was responsible for developing new business and managing key accounts in Vietnam, as well as other key Asian markets including Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia and Korea. In her new position, Nhu is responsible for growing and managing i4F’s licensee base in Vietnam.  She will focus on gaining market share via the group’s drop-lock technologies as well as i4F’s fast-growing innovation portfolios, including digital printing, wall and ceiling and surface finishing technologies.

Tony Dong is tasked with generating new and managing existing i4F commercial relationships in China as well as growing the group’s position through the creation of long-term distribution strategies. Previously, Tony spent 10 years at Owens Corning where he contributed to the company’s growth path through market expansion and transformation activities. Before that, Tony held management roles at The Sherwin-Williams Company and Kaiser Lacke.
