Bauwerk Group, headquartered in St. Margrethen, Switzerland, named Adam McCombs CEO for Somerset Hardwood Flooring, starting June 1.  

Bauwerk Group is comprised of the Bauwerk Parkett, Boen, and Somerset Hardwood Flooring brands and produces flooring in Switzerland; Lithuania; and Croatia; Crossville, Tennessee; and Somerset, Kentucky. The group currently offers the Boen and Somerset brands in North America exclusively through distributors and retailers.

McCombs will be transitioning with the current CEO, Paul Stringer, who will be retiring later this year.

McCombs will lead the operational and strategic development of the North American business. Along with this hiring, Dan Natkin, CEO and managing director for Boen Hardwood Flooring and sales leader for Somerset Hardwood Flooring, has been named Chief Commercial Officer for North America, leading the sales, marketing, and customer service for both North American entities.
