FloorCon will host its third-annual trade show for independent flooring store owners November 28-30, 2023, at the Omni Resort in Amelia Island, Florida, and the event will feature a keynote by football player Tim Tebow.

Some of the most successful retailers in North America will provide bootcamp-style training aimed to help dealers become more successful. Floorcon 2023 will also feature panel discussions from industry leaders, motivational speakers, networking events, a trade show, a charity golf tournament, technology and marketing training, and a closing party.

Show organizers say one of the highlights of FloorCon will be the keynote address by football player Tim Tebow. Tebow's achievements in professional football, coupled with his inspirational journey, have made him a sought-after speaker and mentor. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear Tim Tebow's insights firsthand and gain knowledge about success, motivation, and leadership and how that can translate to success in the flooring industry. A handful of lucky show attendees will also get the chance to attend a meet-and-greet with Tebow.

Schedule of Events
FloorCon 2023 is designed to offer comprehensive learning and networking opportunities.

Day 1: Attendees will have in-depth one-on-one sessions with manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and technology providers, providing them with essential training to master products and tools. The day will continue with a trade show featuring prominent companies in the flooring industry, including Accu-cut, AHF, Ardex, Bella, Bona, Centricity, Deco Vita, Hallmark, Louisville Tile, MP Global, Nature Flooring, Nourison, Quickstyle, Revolution Mills, The Dixie Group, Tek-Stil Concepts, United Weavers, Universal Marketing, We Cork, XGS and more still be announced.

Day 2: The general session kicks off with Tebow. The afternoon will consist of bootcamp-styled breakout sessions, allowing attendees to enhance their businesses through educational sessions on advertising, marketing, operations, leadership, culture, finances, and immersive networking activities. Additionally, the trade show will continue on day two, culminating with the FloorCon after-dark event, providing a relaxed and conversational environment for attendees to connect with the day's speakers.

Day 3: After general session, the afternoon will consist of more bootcamp-styled breakout sessions, and the day wraps with an end-of-show party, plated dinner, and raffle featuring prizes and experiences.

Day 4: On the fourth and final day of FloorCon, attendees will have the opportunity to participate at the Omni Resort’s Oak Marsh Course, recognized as one of the top 121 Golf Resorts in the World by Condé Nast Traveler, which will serve as the backdrop for FloorCon's charity golf tournament. The day will feature post-round refreshments and the chance to win prizes, including a Tesla or $50,000.

While FloorCon is organized by technology solutions provider Broadlume, retailers do not have to be a Broadlume customer to attend. Retail store owners, general managers, marketing managers, operations managers, sales leaders and retail sales associates (RSAs) would find value in attending, show organizers say.
