Tarkett Home named Cristen DelBove director of hard surface design, effective December 2, 2024. With over two decades of experience in the flooring industry, she brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of innovation.

Most recently, DelBove was the director of residential styling at Mannington Mills, where she played a pivotal role in product design and development in the hardwood and laminate categories. 

In her new role at Tarkett Home, DelBove will be focused on leading design initiatives in all hard surface categories, ensuring the company continues to deliver on-trend and market-driven designs.
