Family-Run Flooring Dealer Doubles Revenue as Daltile Elite Statements Partner

Daltile, a leading manufacturer of tile and flooring products, has named Builders Interiors as its 2024 Elite Statements Partner of the Year, recognizing the family-owned business's exceptional growth and customer service.

Located in Woodinville, Washington, Builders Interiors is owned and operated by Ty and Teresa Mortenson, whose complementary skills have driven the company's success. Ty, who began his career as a carpet installer, brings technical expertise to the business, while Teresa contributes design creativity, real estate knowledge, and operational oversight. Their children, McKenna and Avery, also work in the family enterprise.

Patrick Warren, vice president of residential sales, dealer, and showrooms for Dal-Tile LLC, praised the company's commitment to customer service and its embrace of the Elite Statements program's resources. "Their philosophy is simple: The answer is always, 'Yes, we can!'" Warren said.

Since joining the exclusive Daltile Elite Statements Dealer Program in March 2024, Builders Interiors has nearly doubled its sales. The company's new showroom, part of the Statements 2.0 program, has significantly increased customer leads and engagement.

The success stems from Builders Interiors' full participation in program offerings, including lead fulfillment, sales promotions, co-op advertising, and an automated social media platform. The company's achievement demonstrates how the Daltile Statements program can elevate a dealer's business performance and market presence.

The Elite Statements Dealer Program, available to select dealers nationwide, combines Daltile's sales, marketing, merchandising, and digital expertise to help members enhance profitability and competitive advantage in their markets.
