Ballin Knows Best (BKB) founders Ken Ballin and Jason Potts have announced their sponsorship of the 2000th Certified Tile Installer (CTI), marking a significant milestone for the Ceramic Tile Education Foundation (CTEF). 

The CTI program, launched by CTEF in 2008, provides skilled tile installers with a way to verify their expertise and promote themselves to potential clients and employers. This valuable certification gives consumers a reliable method for identifying installer proficiency and encourages them to use the best-qualified professionals. The result is correctly installed tile projects that maintain their beauty for years.

Ballin Knows Best is an AI-integrated online community and resource center for flooring installers, created by flooring pros Potts and Ballin, designed to provide quick answers to installation questions and connect industry professionals.

BKB will reimburse the testing fee for the recipient upon receiving their CTI number, CTI #2000.
