Ceramics of Italy is returning to the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando for Coverings 2025, North America's largest international tile and stone exhibition, from April 29 to May 2. This 35th edition of Coverings will feature over 80 Italian ceramic brands exhibiting within the Italian Pavilion, organized by Confindustria Ceramica (the Association of Italian Ceramics).

At the heart of the Italian presence will be the "Giardino all'italiana" booth (#1225), designed by architecture and interiors firm HDR. This central meeting point will showcase the versatility of Italian ceramics through modular and sustainable design elements, featuring contributions from eight Italian manufacturers, including Appiani, Ceramica Vogue, and Lea Ceramiche.

The thoughtfully designed space provides a hub for networking and enjoying authentic Italian hospitality, complete with gourmet Italian coffee and pastries from Miami-based Spuntino catering. Visitors can learn about Ceramics of Italy's new "I Choose Responsibility" campaign and the "Destination: Cersaie" program for North American professionals to attend CERSAIE in Bologna, Italy (September 22-26, 2025).

The Italian Pavilion will showcase 2025's latest design trends, including water-inspired hues, "harvest" tones (aligning with Pantone's "Mocha Mousse"), tactile designs, geometric patterns, and exciting new interpretations of terrazzo. Italian manufacturers will also highlight prefabricated furnishings, integrated induction cooktops, antibacterial porcelain surfaces, and through-body veining techniques.

Indoor-outdoor living solutions, weather-resistant porcelain pavers, pool coping pieces, and pedestal systems will be featured prominently. Environmental sustainability remains a priority, with collections featuring EPD, LEED, and Greenguard certifications, alongside a growing number of B Corp-certified companies.

The event schedule includes the "Global Tile Trends" session on Tuesday, April 29 at 11 am (Room S230E) and the Ceramics of Italy International Press Conference on Wednesday, April 30 at 3:00 pm (Room S230C), where industry leaders will discuss the state of the industry, sustainability initiatives, and announce winners of the 2025 Tile Competition and the North American Distributor Award.
