Shaw Industries Group, Inc. has earned the WELL Equity Rating for six of its core corporate facilities, including its five-building corporate campus and talent development center in Dalton, Georgia, and its commercial Create Centre in Cartersville, Georgia.

Developed by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), the WELL Equity Rating recognizes organizations that implement a people-first approach to workplace design and policies. The comprehensive rating system evaluates over 40 strategies across six key action areas: user experience and feedback, responsible hiring and labor practices, inclusive design, health benefits and services, supportive programs and spaces, and community engagement.

To achieve this distinction, Shaw underwent rigorous third-party verification of its workplace practices, including promoting connections to nature and culture, providing ergonomic workstations, enhancing health benefits, and selecting preferred cleaning products. This verification process demonstrates Shaw's dedication to creating sustainable spaces that foster trust, collaboration, and employee potential.
