Southwind Floors announced the retirement of Mike Kiefer, territory manager for the Milwaukee region, following a 39-year career in the floor covering industry. Kiefer's tenure marked significant contributions to the company's expansion and evolution.

During his nearly four decades with Southwind, Kiefer witnessed and helped drive the company's transformation from a carpet-only manufacturer to a comprehensive flooring solutions provider. He became a champion for hard surface flooring in his territory while cultivating enduring relationships with dealers throughout the region.
