The World Floor Covering Association (WFCA) appointed flooring‑industry veterans Larry Flick and Darren Harrison to its Executive Committee. Their addition enhances the Association’s strategic depth as the WFCA continues to champion education, advocacy, and innovation across the floor‑covering sector.
The new appointments follow a leadership transition as Adam Nonn steps away to focus on other professional commitments. The Board extends its gratitude to Nonn for his financial stewardship and years of dedicated service.
Flick is founder and owner of The Floor Store with 10 retail locations in California. Harrison is vice president of Sunshine Interiors in Lakeland, Florida.
“Larry and Darren bring proven leadership and fresh perspectives that will guide the WFCA’s continued growth,” said Sam O’Krent, WFCA Chairman. “We also thank Adam for his tireless commitment to our mission.”
WFCA CEO Scott Humphrey added, “Volunteer leadership drives our Association forward. Larry’s and Darren’s expertise will help us innovate and elevate value for every member.”
