Domotex Asia/ChinaFloor 2025 concluded its most successful edition to date, welcoming 83,056 visitors from a record-breaking 124 countries to the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Centre from May 26-28. The 27th edition of Asia's premier flooring industry event showcased a boost in international participation and innovation despite ongoing global trade complexities.

The three-day exhibition attracted 18,121 overseas attendees, continuing the strong post-pandemic recovery trajectory and reinforcing China and Asia's position as global hubs for flooring innovation and manufacturing. The show featured approximately 1,500 carpet and flooring companies across 210,000 square meters of exhibition space in seven halls.

Industry leaders expressed strong confidence in the event's value. Jan Dossche, president of Coretec, called it "an exhibition you can't afford not to be in," while praising the organization's efforts to create an exceptional trade platform. Brands including Bona, Card Monroe, Novalis, Power Dekor, and Valinge have already committed to returning for the 2026 edition.

Beyond the main exhibition floor, the show featured several key programs designed to drive industry knowledge exchange. The Cadex architecture and interior design showcase emphasized the theme "Let's Enjoy," focusing on creating uplifting spaces through innovative use of color and materials. The event also hosted The Chinese Original Carpet Design Show, which attracted over 140 submissions from 60 designers, and the China Flooring Innovation Summit, emphasizing sustainability and high-quality development.

International participation was strengthened through organized delegations, including groups from the Australasian Timber Flooring Association, European American Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and Japan Carpet Industry Association. The show's Buyer Club program facilitated over 450 tailored business matchings for 180 selected buyers from 25 countries.

Domotex Asia/ChinaFloor 2026 is scheduled to return to Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Centre from May 27-29, 2026, as part of the BUILD ASIA Mega Show alongside complementary events including R+T Asia and HD+ Asia.
