Climit, formerly Floorcloud, has announced the launch of the DataPuck, a data logging sensor designed to record temperature and humidity conditions on construction jobsites for up to two years. The device addresses common installation problems that occur weeks or months after project completion, often due to internal building controls being deactivated.

The DataPuck captures long-term ambient conditions during and after installation, providing documentation to protect contractors throughout their warranty periods. The sensor integrates with CLIMIT's Specification Database, allowing users to monitor and compare logged conditions against product-specific temperature and humidity tolerances set by manufacturers.
