Climit Partners with JobRunner to Deliver Real-Time Jobsite Monitoring for Commercial Flooring Contractors

Climit, a jobsite environmental monitoring technology, has announced a new integration with JobRunner from Pacific Solutions, a Cyncly company.
Climit enables contractors to remotely monitor jobsite environmental conditions in real time, helping reduce the liability of working in uncontrolled environments. The partnership provides commercial flooring contractors with visibility into on-site temperature, humidity, dewpoint, light, and concrete substrate conditions directly within JobRunner's project management dashboard.
The integration addresses critical challenges facing commercial flooring contractors, including moisture mitigation requirements, material acclimation timing, and installation readiness assessments. Real-time environmental data enables contractors to make informed decisions quickly, avoiding costly delays and preventing product damage while maintaining installation schedules.
"This integration directly supports our mission to empower commercial flooring contractors with tools that unify operations and enhance jobsite control," said Kurtis Wilson, director of product management at Cyncly Flooring solutions. The combined platform allows contractors to make smarter decisions, avoid scheduling conflicts, and deliver improved results with reduced surprises.
Scott Banda, CEO and co-founder of Climit, emphasized the risk management aspect: "We developed Climit to protect contractors by ensuring that installation environments meet product manufacturer's specifications and industry standards. The integration with JobRunner helps customers safeguard product warranties, uphold installation quality, and defend their business against risk all from one seamless platform."
JobRunner integrates sales, operations, and accounting functions into a single platform, streamlining the entire job cycle from estimation and proposals to work orders and financials. The Climit integration adds environmental monitoring capabilities, eliminating unnecessary site visits while ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards.
The integration was unveiled at the Cyncly Connect Flooring user conference, held May 20-22 in Chicago, demonstrating the industry's continued focus on technology-driven operational efficiency and risk reduction.
