Bona, a global family-owned company specializing in premium floor installation, renovation, and maintenance products, has hired four new adhesives territory managers to strengthen its regional presence across the United States.

The new hires bring extensive industry experience:

Brad Lintz joins as Territory Manager for Baltimore after 25 years as a general contractor and recent transition into flooring.

Brian Brandt covers the Rocky Mountains and Central U.S., bringing over 30 years of wood and carpentry experience, plus 10 years in distribution flooring sales. He holds certifications from Berger-Seidle, Glitsa, and Basic Coatings.

John Rosario takes the New York and New Jersey territory, contributing more than 20 years of flooring sales experience. He previously served as Midwest Territory Sales Manager with Bona.

Jorge Perez manages the Northwest region, bringing 22 years of flooring expertise from Georgia, Texas, Colorado, and Washington. He founded and owned Epic Hardwood Floors in Tacoma for seven years and holds multiple NWFA certifications. Perez is also known for mentoring and training industry professionals.
