Uzin Utz North America Inc. has strengthened Pallmann's presence across the Southeast, South-Central, and Midwest by appointing three seasoned hardwood flooring professionals to key regional roles.

Brandon Gross takes charge of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi. The 30-year veteran launched his career in Aspen, Colorado, in 1995 and became the 2021 PALL-X World Cup US National Champion before passing his successful flooring company to his sons.

Charles Allhands will serve Houston, southern Texas, and Louisiana. With over 35 years in hardwood flooring, Allhands brings specialized expertise in custom coloring, dyes, and unique wood treatments developed through custom shop experience.

Dale Bailey covers Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. The industry veteran has been in hardwood flooring since age 15, owned a business for more than 15 years, and has a passion for training professionals.
