NTCA Concludes Successful Five-Star Summer Meeting in Nashville

The National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA) wrapped up its Five-Star Summer Meeting July 27-29 at the Thompson Hotel Nashville, bringing together elite contractor members for three days of industry education, networking, and strategic business growth.
The meeting featured high-impact sessions addressing critical industry challenges and innovations. Angela DiGianfelice of TOSHA led discussions on silica safety and OSHA compliance protocols. At the same time, Renata Doralieva-Paterson of JENGAI and Jerry Freeman of Spec-ID demonstrated AI tools transforming preconstruction and bidding processes. Roman Basi of Basi & Associates provided insights on legal structuring, succession planning, and tax strategies for tile businesses.
"This was one of our most impactful meetings yet," said NTCA Executive Director Bart Bettiga. "From advanced safety compliance to emerging AI technologies and practical succession planning, attendees walked away with actionable strategies to elevate their businesses."
Event Highlights
The three-day agenda included interactive panel discussions, collaborative peer group breakouts, and networking opportunities designed for top-tier contractors to share solutions and explore industry challenges. Social events featured an opening reception on the Goldtop Terrace and a Monday night dinner at Ole Red on Broadway.
The meeting was supported by key industry sponsors: Daltile, Schluter Systems, MAPEI, and QEP.
