Diverzify Expands National Footprint with New Boise and Nashville Offices

Diverzify, the nation's largest commercial flooring enterprise, is betting big on two of America's fastest-growing markets with the opening of new offices in Boise, Idaho, and Nashville, Tennessee. The expansion represents a calculated move to capture rising demand in regions experiencing unprecedented commercial development.
The Boise office, operating under the Spectra brand at 999 West Main Street, positions Diverzify in the heart of one of the country's most dynamic metro areas. The Mountain West city has become a magnet for tech companies, healthcare organizations, and professional services firms, all driving substantial demand for modern commercial interiors.
Leading this charge is Dave Teper, a three-decade veteran of the commercial flooring industry whose experience spans multiple states and includes building successful divisions for national organizations.
"Boise is a market on the rise, and Diverzify's presence here fills an important gap in the regional flooring landscape," Teper said. "We're excited to deliver local expertise backed by the resources of a national network."
Meanwhile, Nashville's new Diverzify-branded office at 3335 Ambrose Avenue addresses the Southeast's commercial boom. The Music City has transformed into a corporate destination, attracting major relocations and investments that fuel ongoing development across multi-family housing, hospitality, and healthcare sectors.
The office benefits from established leadership in Phil Matusz, who relocated from Chicago to serve as Vice President of Operations, and Tom Nowicki, Vice President of Sales, one of Diverzify's top performers with extensive national account experience.
"We've already built strong relationships in Nashville," Matusz said. "Now, we're embedding ourselves in the market—bringing our full-service model closer to the customers who count on us."
The strategic openings reflect Diverzify's broader philosophy of combining national scale with local responsiveness.
Chief Operating Officer Danielle Hunsicker emphasized that these expansions go beyond simple geographic growth. "The addition of our Boise and Nashville offices marks an exciting chapter in Diverzify's growth story," she said. "These expansions are more than new offices—they reflect our commitment to being exactly where our customers need us, delivering the expertise, capacity, and responsiveness that today's commercial environments demand."
Both locations will offer Diverzify's comprehensive single-source commercial flooring solutions, leveraging the company's national network while providing the personalized service that local markets require. The expansion underscores how Diverzify continues to anticipate and respond to shifting commercial real estate patterns across the United States.
