Parador Launches PVC-Free Modular ONE Flooring Range

Global flooring manufacturer Parador has launched its Modular One collection, a PVC-free flooring range targeting the growing demand for sustainable building materials. The collection addresses market research showing over 52% of LEED-certified building projects in North America and Europe now specify eco-friendly flooring products.
The Modular ONE collection eliminates PVC and plasticisers from its construction while maintaining durability standards for commercial applications. The flooring uses FSC-certified wood and employs energy-efficient manufacturing processes that reduce carbon emissions by 20% compared to traditional methods.
The collection features a click system for adhesive-free floating installation, designed to reduce on-site installation time. For high-traffic commercial environments, a glue-down option provides additional performance. The flooring includes integrated sound insulation and supports underfloor heating systems.
The range includes Modular One Hydron, a waterproof variant suitable for damp environments such as hotel bathrooms and commercial kitchens. This option maintains the PVC-free construction while providing 100% waterproof performance through its specialized core board.
"Designers want flooring that is as sustainable as it is stylish," said Neel Bradham, CEO at Parador. "Our Modular ONE collection responds to this demand with high design and environmental awareness."
The collection targets interior designers, architects, property developers, and hospitality professionals seeking sustainable flooring solutions for both residential and commercial projects.
