Partnership Brings 5-Year Protection Plans to 83 Independent Retailers Nationwide

Centricity, a provider of innovative flooring protection solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with Flooring Stores United, a buying group representing 83 independent flooring retailers nationwide. The collaboration will introduce Centricity's industry-first 5-Year Accidental Damage Protection Plan to the buying group's network of members.
The timing reflects growing market demand, with 80% of consumers expressing interest in protection when purchasing premium flooring, and more than two-thirds likely to buy protection plans when offered. Centricity's program covers real-life accidents, including dents, scratches, cracks, and stains across all flooring types, from carpet and laminate to hardwood and luxury vinyl.

Customers benefit from no deductibles or service fees, a 24/7 online claims portal, and a second-year cleaning benefit.
