Home Depot Launches Digital Project Planning Hub for Pros
One platform unites inventory, pricing, delivery, and teams to cut chaos.

The Home Depot has rolled out a new Project Planning tool designed to simplify complex renovation and construction jobs for professional contractors. Available through the retailer’s Pro Online Experience, the platform integrates Home Depot’s full product catalog—including appliances, specialty products, and in-store inventory—into a single digital workspace.
Contractors can create organized material lists, track orders across multiple suppliers, and set delivery preferences for specific job sites. The tool also offers real-time visibility into pricing and inventory, helping Pros generate more accurate client estimates. A multi-user collaboration feature ensures teams stay aligned on materials, deliveries, and invoices.
“The average Pro works with 10 or more suppliers on a single job,” said Mike Rowe, executive vice president of Pro at The Home Depot. “We’re in a unique position to simplify this process and will continue to expand our digital tools to meet the evolving needs of Pros.”
