Southwind Flooring has launched The Southwind Exchange, a centralized online resource designed to enhance communication with its dealer network and customers. The new digital hub went live on the company's website, providing streamlined access to company updates, tools, and industry insights.
"The Southwind Exchange provides single-click access to everything related to Southwind," said Drew Hash, President and CEO. "Today, strong brands thrive on close, consistent customer relationships. We believe The Southwind Exchange — alongside our exceptional sales force — will strengthen those connections."
The platform consolidates multiple communication channels into one location, featuring The Southwind Social monthly newsletter with product spotlights and dealer tips, press releases, media coverage archive, LinkedIn insights from the company team, and a gallery of recent advertising creative.
Located at southwindfloors.com/southwind-exchange/, the resource is accessible through the "Resources" dropdown menu on the company's main website. Hash indicated this is just the initial launch, with plans to expand content as the company grows.
