The National Association of Floor Covering Distributors (NAFCD) recently named Jonathan Train of Swiff-Train Co. in Corpus Christi, Texas, as its 2002 Young Executive of the Year. The award recognizes executives younger than 40 with the potential to lead their distribution organization in future years.

As a result of this honor, Train will receive a scholarship to attend the National Wholesale Distribution Executive Management Course at Ohio State University. The scholarship includes tuition, housing, meals, and course materials.

Train is corporate projects manager for Swiff-Train. Previously, he was the company's accounting manager. Train also spent time working in the accounting departments of Pillowtex Corp. and Billingsley Co.
