Bob Weiss, president of All Tile and NAFCD past president, awards Tom Giancani as NAFCD’s Young Executive of the Year.
Tom Giancani of Torlys Inc., Mississauga, Ontario, has been named the National Association of Floor Covering Distributors' (NAFCD) Young Executive of the Year. The award recognizes executives younger than 40 years with the potential to successfully lead their distributor organization in future years.
Giancani is most recently vice president of sales for Torlys, and was previously national sales manager with the company. As a result of his award, Giancani will receive a scholarship to attend the upcoming National Association of Wholesale-Distributors Executive Management Conference at Ohio State University.
