Existing home sales for June fall to "more sustainable" levels, NAR reports
WASHINGTON -- Sales of existing single-family
homes fell from near-record levels last month while home prices continued to rise, according to the National Association of Realtors.
Existing-home sales dropped 11.7 percent in June to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 5.07 million units from a level of 5.74 million
units in May.
