Domco Tarkett Inc.has promotedPerry Cokerto vice president of national accounts andRuss Beglyto director, new home construction.

They will be responsible for all North American divisions, including Domco Tarkett Residential, Domco Tarkett Commercial and Hardwood. The new positions were created to maximize sales and marketing synergies, according to the company.

Prior to assuming his new position, Coker was manager of the Home Depot account for all divisions while Begly has been Domco brand director of sales.

Jim Daubs has joined Taylor Adhesives as director of business development. In this newly created role, Daubs will be responsible for developing and implementing programs with industry manufacturers, distributors and commercial contractors. Formerly, Daubs held management positions at Shaw Industries, Interface and Lees Carpets.

Mike Degrace, former vice president of sales with Beaulieu of America, has joined Monticello Flooring as vice president of sales and marketing. He will be headquartered in Atlanta.

Honeywell recently appointed Tony DiLucente as vice president of Honeywell Carpet Fibers. In this position, DiLucente will be responsible for the strategic growth and development of the Carpet Fibers business, which produces and markets branded fibers under the Anso nylon name. DiLucente is replacing Michael Lawrence, who has been tapped to lead Honeywell's Specialty Films business.

DiLucente joined Honeywell in 1994 as controller for the company’s Chesterfield, Va. plant. During his eight-year tenure, he has served in a number of leadership roles, including business controller for the Carpet Fibers business and as director of finance for the Plastics business, and Engineered Applications and Solutions business.

Gary Hill has been added to the Laufen/United States Ceramic Tile Co. sales staff as Midwest regional sales manager. Hill will work with distributors, builders, tile contractors and dealers throughout Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, western Pennsylvania, western New York, and West Virginia.

Hill brings more than 20 years’ knowledge in the area of ceramic tile and related allied products to his position.

Ilva Ceramica S.A. has appointed Vanesa E. McIntosh its export manager. McIntosh will be responsible for assisting Ilva salespeople and their U.S. distributors. She brings more than 13 years of experience to this position, having worked as a commercial director for a North American shipping and logistics company in Argentina.

Steve Sloan has joined Domco Tarkett Commercial as Tarkett southeast region district sales manager. Prior to joining Domco Tarkett, Sloan was the Midwest regional sales representative for Roppe Corp for more than eight years.
