Congoleum has taken on a major project to furnish Congoleum commercial tile in approximately 2,500 housing units on the Fort Stewart army base in Hinesville, Ga. The housing units, built on the 279,270-acre base over the past 30 years, range in size from two to five bedrooms, or 800-1,400 square feet.

Jones Floor Covering Inc. of Pensacola, Fla., is installing Congoleum's Alternatives commercial tile line in Pearl White color. The tile will be installed throughout the housing units over a four-year period.
