WOOD DALE, Ill. -- The FlorStar Sales floor covering distributorship has mounted an effort to aid victims, and their families, of the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon on Sept. 11.

FlorStar is donating a portion of its sales of Wilsonart Classic Home, Classic and Classic Estate laminate flooring products to American disaster relief efforts. FlorStar’s customers have reacted positively to the relief initiative, the company said.

The company will also match individual contributions from its employees to the disaster relief effort. “Our sacrifice pales in comparison to what others already have and will sacrifice for this effort,” FlorStar owner Wade Cassidy said.
