Personnel moves throughout the floor covering industry.

Well-known flooring industry executiveRalph J. Boehas assumed the reins as president of theBeaulieuresidential division. Boe, who has oversight responsibility for all aspects of his division -- including both hard and soft surfaces, and raw materials -- succeedsPiet Dosschein the job. Immediately prior to his new appointment, Boe served as CEO and managing director of U.K.-based Carpets International. He will continue to serve as Carpets International chairman for a period of time.

John Bonney has been promoted to vice president of sales for Flexco. Responsible for the domestic and international sales of the company's commercial flooring products, Bonney manages a network of more than 150 distributors and serves on Flexco's executive board. Bonney had acted as Flexco's national sales manager since 1997.

Bostik Findley Flooring Group has appointed adhesives expert Shamsi P. Gravel to the newly created position of product manager - Carpet & Vinyl Management. Gravel, who is charged with developing new products for the company, previously worked as technical service chemical engineer at Permabond.

Mark Machnicki has been named Central Regional sales manager for Mullican Flooring. Machnicki, a former employee of Bruce and Harris-Tarkett, has amassed 10 years of experience in the hardwood flooring segment of the industry.

Freudenberg Building Systems, manufacturer of Nora Rubber Flooring, has named J. Huiet England to serve as the company's zone 4 regional manager and assume oversight responsibilities for daily sales activity in 13 western states. England, who will be based in Southern California, previously served in sales, manufacturing and marketing capacities for Mannington and Milliken & Co.

Tile manufacturer Florim USA has promoted Brenda Agee to marketing manager of the company. Agee, who joined the firm more than five years ago, previously filled the merchandising manager post at Florim.

DriTac Adhesive Group has tapped Wade R. Verble to serve as national sales manager and hired Derick Cooper as regional sales manager for the company's Midwest territory. Previously DriTac's sales manager for the Southwest United States, Verble is now responsible for the company's sales and marketing throughout the United States and Canada.

Cooper's sales territory covers Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky and West Virginia.
