Crossville Inc. has promoted John E. Smith to president and general manager. He succeeds Svend Hovmand, who will step down as president and CEO but remain on Crossville's board. Smith joined Crossville in 1994 as vp of manufacturing and remained in that post until his accent to president.

Inside Edge Commercial Interior Services has appointed Jeff Tolke as vp of sales and business development. Tolke's 20 years of sales and marketing experience include roles in consumer food companies such as the Pillsbury Co. and Kraft Foods.
