Mannington Laminate facility gets ISO 9001:2000 certification
Mannington passed its audit, conducted by Deloitte and Touche, with zero deficiencies and nonconformities - a feat achieved by fewer than 0.5 percent of companies certified. ISO 9001:2000 is the most current version of ISO certification.
To achieve ISO certification, Mannington Laminate established a multi-layered quality management system. In addition, Mannington created the Parameter Control Matrix, a single document that guides the monitoring and measuring of everything within the plant. This document contains procedures for conducting internal audits, as well as the schedules for those audits.
