Custom Building Products has unveiled MegaFlex Ultimate Thin-Set Mortar, a high-end mortar that incorporates a proprietary blend of polymers and inorganic chemicals to create high bond strength, even on difficult-to-bond materials and non-porous tile.

The product is also the most flexible thin-set mortar in Custom's history. The company says MegaFlex will protect tile and stone surfaces from minor deflection and isolate cracks as large as 1/16-inch wide. MegaFlex may even be used to tile over existing cracks as wide as 1/8 inch without requiring repairs or filling, Custom says.
