Relying on its many years of manufacturing and finishing experience, Artistic moldings, stair treads, risers and vents are made to accessorize virtually every hardwood floor on the market, regardless of wood species, stain color or finish type. To support this claim, the company carries hard to find exotic like Bolivian Rosewood, Wenge and Teak, as well as the domestics like Red Oak and Maple. The company earned its reputation by pioneering the highest quality prefinished moldings in the industry, and was one of the first to apply Special Finishes like handscraping and distressing to trims. Standard treads are offered for boxed steps with walls on both sides, while Universal treads with 2-attached returns are suitable for open staircases. Tread and riser lengths include 36", 42" and 48". Complete with the company’s Aluminum Oxide Tri-Guard™ finish, Artistic treads and risers have a lower textured “roll-coat” topcoat that emulates the finish traditionally found on hardwood floors, while providing superior durability. Stair treads are offered with distressed, handscraped, worn and wire-brushed treatments. Risers are available in natural, stained and white finishes.

Artistic Vents™ were introduced to provide an alternative to noisy, metal registers that break-up the seamless look of a hardwood floor. Hand craftsmanship, color blending and standard sizing ensures visibly better quality and ease of installation. Styles include surface and flush mounts, eggcrates, base vents, cold air returns, under cabinet vents and even round vents. Artistic Vents™ are available in unfinished, natural and stained finishes.
