Bonsal American has made changes to its management team to "better handle growth." Bonsal has promoted Gil Seco to sr. vp and general of the construction products division. He will also head Bonsal's international and contract packaging businesses. He was most recently CFO for Bonsal American.

Andy Brinkmeier has been named vp business development. He will be responsible for overseeing mergers and aquisitions, business development and engineering. He holds experience as a project manager, vp operations and director of marketing.

Additionally, Bill Ashton has been named COO of the dry mix division, which includes products sold under the Sakrete brand.  During his 16 years at Bonsal, Ashton has held various operations management positions, most recently as vp operations.

The company has also elevated Daniel Benigni to vp finance. Previously a regional controller for the company, Benigni has been with Bonsal for eight years. His responsibilities include credit, accounting, payroll, risk management, purchasing, safety and IT training.
