Fontana, Calif.-based W.F. Taylor Co., Inc. has sponsored the Green Idea House project, Spring of 2012, with use of Taylor's Meta-tec MS-Plus Advance (MSPA) Wood Flooring Adhesive. The Green Idea House is a net zero, zero carbon house renovation project that was chosen by Southern California Edison as a cornerstone case study.

“I wanted to let you know that your product worked flawlessly. There was no odor and the installers liked working with it as well. The fact that you are manufacturing in California is also a great plus. Thanks again for your very generous support and please let us know how our project can support the great work you are doing,”said Robert Fortunato, president, ForStrategy Consulting, Inc.

Taylor Adhesives added, “In addition to Edison, the Green Idea House has secured the support of a wide range of local, regional and state organizations and institutions – both public and private - from our Congresswoman and the City of Hermosa Beach, CA to GE, National Gypsum and the Immediate Past President of ASHRAE (who is doing the mechanical engineering on our project). The robust coalition has been extraordinarily beneficial in helping to make the impossible possible for this showcase project in sustainability and energy efficiency. This project received Certificates of Recognition from representatives for Assembly Member Ted Lieu and State Senator Jenny Oropeza - and good wishes from the office Congresswoman Jane Harman, a longtime supporter of the project.”
