Q.E.P. has named Jamann Stepp senior vice president of sales.
Stepp brings to Q.E.P. 23 years in sales, marketing, operations, manufacturing, product development and global procurement leadership with Shaw Industries, Pergo, International Wholesale Tile and most recently with Home Legend.
“[Stepp] brings a wealth of industry experience and knowledge to our team. His successful track record speaks for itself,” said Len Gould, president of Q.E.P.
In his new role, Stepp will be responsible for driving sales execution for multiple channels of business including mass merchant, distribution, direct and to the trade segments for the U.S., Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.
