Learn how Atlanta retailer Masterpiece Home is capturing new consumer business by bringing four CCA Global divisions under one roof—including the National Installation Solutions (NISI) division.
A team of staff, vendors, and retailer members from Carpet One Floor & Home, Flooring America, Flooring Canada, The Floor Trader, and the International Design Guild came together to participate by walking and running in the 5K.
The new site is designed as a gateway for dealers, distributors, and contractors to set up and host their own installer training, as well as for installers who seek to improve their knowledge and skills.
Funds from the tournament support the foundation’s ongoing efforts to assist those who are currently, or have been, affiliated with the floor covering industry and are experiencing unanticipated hardships due to illness, disability, or other life-altering circumstances.
Vylett Cross, business manager at Ed’s Flooring America in Hooksett, New Hampshire, tells us how she got into flooring, how the Flooring America Advisory Council has helped her business, and advice for other women in the industry.
The new program, tailored for more than 1,000 stores across Flooring America, Flooring Canada, and Carpet One Floor & Home retailers, combines digital, virtual, and hands-on training to quickly train retail sales associates on the new selling system.
The multi-year agreement enables CCA cardholders to finance flooring, kitchen, bath, and lighting products and services, plus bikes and fitness equipment from all 2,000 member locations.
The Installation Excellence initiative is designed to help co-op members find qualified installers to meet the continued demand for flooring installation services.
