This year’s partnership will continue to focus on fostering dialogue, engagement and innovation between Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope and AIA architect members.
For the past 25 years, COTE has bestowed the award annually on 10 design projects that have expertly integrated design excellence with cutting-edge performance in ten key areas.
“The activity architecture firms are seeing is a positive bellwether not only for the construction outlook, but also for the larger economy,” said AIA chief economist, Kermit Baker, Hon. AIA, PhD.
The five-member jury evaluates entries based on design achievement, including sense of place and purpose, ecology and environmental sustainability and history.
